Dan & Cheri Guier
Pastor Dan and Cheri have been married for 33 years and both are originally from this area. They have a daughter, Danielle, a son-in-law, Troy, and 4 beautiful granddaughters, Lillie and Ellie Chelsea and Chaslin They also have a son, Josh, a daughter-in-law, Liz, and 3 grandsons, Aiden & Easton, Waylon and a granddaughter, Gwendolyn. With 32 years in the ministry and the last 22 years serving at Victory Tabernacle, they feel their life to be centered around the work of the Lord. They are committed and dedicated, not only to their immediate family, but also to the church family that God has entrusted them with.
Hebrew 10:23-25 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider another in order to stir up love & good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much more as you see the Day approaching.
Associate Pastors
Les and Belinda Bagwell
Les was born in Washington in 1962. His family moved to Oregon when he was three. He has two sisters and three brothers. He loves the outdoors, hunting, camping, horses, sports, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Belinda was born in Oregon in 1967. She has two sisters and one brother. She loves to go camping, hunting, traveling, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Les and Belinda have 3 adult children, a son-in-law and 2 daughter-in-laws, and 7 grandchildren. They live in Pleasant Hill, Oregon. Les is a truck driver and Belinda is a caregiver for her grandchildren. Their main goal in life is to do the will of God.
Matthew 6:33 Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you. This scripture expresses their hearts, God first!
Youth Pastors
Josh and Liz Guier
Josh and Liz are a young married couple with 4 children- Aiden, Easton, Waylon and Gwendolyn. Josh and Liz both grew up in church and started their ministry playing music and singing on the worship team. Youth Ministry is their heart. Pastor Josh says it like this: "As a Youth Group we should show the kind of love God does. God was willing to sacrifice His one and only Son so the world could have the opportunity to be saved. What are you willing to sacrifice?"
John 3:16 and Proverbs 3: 4,5 are the Bible Verses that best describe their ministry. They choose to trust in the Lord, acknowledging Christ, ultimately knowing that those they minister to may or may not choose to follow Christ.
